Gavin Leech
Gavin is nearly done with an AI PhD at Bristol. He co-founded the consultancy Arb Research. He won an Emergent Ventures grant for a few startup ideas. His background is in software engineering, philosophy, and development economics.

Misha Yagudin
Misha is a world-class forecaster and leads the Samotsvety super team. He also cofounded Arb. He studied ML at Yandex and enjoyed his time in math olympiads a lot.

David Yu
David researches the design of better social ecosystems. He spent 5 years in tech startups as a director of growth and anthropologist. He is interested in information theory, complexity theory, and philosophy.

Jan Kulveit
Jan leads the Alignment of Complex Systems research group at the Center for Theoretical Study in Prague. Previously he was Research Fellow at the Future of Humanity Institute at the University of Oxford. In his free time, he enjoys mountains and drinking good tea.

Elizabeth Garrett
Elizabeth manages an events venue. Her background is in project management, education, and workshops on epistemics. She studied at the University of Virginia.

Quratul Aain
Q has worked on forecasting, a machine learning bootcamp and just finished a degree in mathematics and economics. She's currently interested in cooperative game theory, network science, and economic theory.

Anička Doležalová
Math postdoc, spends the rest of her time on a slackline, climbing, dancing (ballroom dances + salsa), puzzle hunts, guitar, figuring out how her brain works, and organizing (art) camps for kids and (math) camps for students.

Julian D'Costa
DPhil student in computer science at Oxford, algorithmic verification. Grew up in Goa, India, and studied math at IISc Bangalore. Interested in AI, neuroscience, synthetic and molecular biology, longevity research, economics, education and parenting, and design.
